SHIPPING & HANDLING: For all orders the greater of 10% or actual shipping costs will be added. The shopping cart and order form calculates 10% shipping & handling for you, if your order requires additional shipping you will be notified so that you can submit a revised Purchase Order, or approve the additional credit card charges depending on your order method. All classroom set orders are shipped via ground, faster delivery requires additional cost, please call for specific amounts based on order size and destination.

RETURN POLICY: We accept orders by signed purchase order via fax or via credit card using our website shopping cart or by telephone. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery to you for U.S. customers only. However, returns require that you pay shipping both ways - to you and back to us. Additionally, there will be a 20% restocking charge for any items returned that are not in re-sellable condition. In the unlikely event that you do return any item - please take care to pack it securely. We do not accept returns for international orders outside the U.S. fifty states in large part because return shipping damage to the materials generally makes them impossible to resell.
