Designed as a Middle School or High School Physical Science course, this curriculum focuses on concepts in both physics and chemistry, unlike traditional high school chemistry and physics courses, which include significant mathematics. High-interest, engaging labs and unit projects are teacher-tested and the comprehensive daily lesson plans provide both content background and carefully described teaching strategies to guide the instructor through each day of the school year. Daily class notes in PowerPoint or as overhead masters are ready to go the first day of class. A pacing guide reduces teacher preparationaration time and ensures that all applicable standards are covered during the school year. The assessment system includes quizzes, handouts and culminating tests. This course works with any Physical Science text.
